Inspection Services Checklist
InteriorVisual check of entire interior of home to include:
- Visual check for obvious signs of mold or mildew on walls and ceilings - Water heater (for leaks) - Insect infestation - Refrigerator and freezer - Doors and windows - Electrical panel - Remove unwanted newspapers/flyers - Flush toilets - Run faucets - Check under sinks for leaks - Check for proper setting of A/C and humidistat - Replace chirping smoke detector batteries - Replace DampRids in up to 3 locations around the home |
ExteriorVisual check of entire exterior of home to include:
- Doors and windows - Locks - Sliding doors - Screen enclosures - Visual check of landscaping (e.g., dry spots, overgrowth) - Pool and spa A La Carte Services: Change DampRids in 4 or more locations Drive your car around the block to keep the battery charged Conceirge Services: Scheduling and meeting service or tradespeople (e.g., handyman, housekeepers, repair people, A/C technicians) Install & remove storm panels Errand running Grocery shopping for necessities prior to your arrival Forwarding important mail Empty freezer and refrigerator of perishable items if long term power outage Move furniture off lanais if hurricane warning Plus many other services to meet our clients needs |
